Refund Policy
Refunds/Cancellations- We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product unless it was an error on our part.
Exchanges are NOT allowed. All sales are FINAL.
Incorrect/Missing item- If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery by email at info@shopjustpeachyp.com to get a replacement sent to you within a week. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put "Incorrect Item" in the Subject Box.
For the Incorrect item, we will send a return shipping label via email and/or with the replacement package so the customer can send the incorrect item back to us.
For the missing item, please send a copy of the invoice and a photo of the items received. Please put MISSING ITEM IN THE SUBJECT LINE. If the photo of all items received or invoice can not be provided WE CAN NOT send out a replacement item.
WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS AFTER THE 8TH DAY TIMEFRAME.
Broken Item- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue. You can file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If you received your package in a priority USPS white envelope or box. In order to begin the claim, you must take 3 photos of the item: Front, Back, and Side of the broken item. Please take the photo with the shrink wrap showing and at least one photo of the label on the product. The picture must be clear and large enough if not, the post office can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks or more for the post office to finalize the claim. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier. If you are concerned about a package being stolen, please pay for signature confirmation.
Lost/Stolen/Missing/Package- Packages lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by Just Peachy P Beauty and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier. If you are concerned about a package being stolen, please pay for signature confirmation.
If you would like us to file the claim, please email us at info@shopjustpeachyp.com and we will contact the carrier to open a claim. If the carrier accepts full responsibility for the lost and/or stolen package, we will work to get a new one shipped to you.
